I must admit that before I started this post, I felt slightly out of touch with the “youth” in general. I don’t really interact with that many children under the age of 12 as I am a high school teacher so you may have noticed a trend towards focusing on teenagers.

One thing I found interesting was that most of the social media networks that youth interact with are similar to the ones that people in my age group use as well. I think with regards to finding out what is popular it is probably more pertinent to find out how these interactions differ.
